These training sessions incorporate the use of strength and conditioning tools such as Bulgarian Bags, RAMS, kettlebells, wall balls, along with traditional exercise equipment like barbells, sleds and dumbbells. We also utilize cardio equipment such as Assault Bikes, TrueForms, SkiErgs and rowing machines. The format allows members of ALL levels to participate and be challenged.
