Program Details & Description
This includes standing from a sitting position, picking items from the floor, lifting heavy objects, and raising things overhead. It is a practice which prepares members to go from unhealthy to wellness and all the way to fitness. The classes involve these functional movements which are constantly varied and performed at high intensity. Every day is different and you (and your muscles) will be challenged to get stronger. Classes involve strength training, cardio and some gymnastics movements which basically involve body weight activities. All classes are scaled – which means the workout can be tailored to each member depending on their fitness level, injuries, and overall abilities.
