HYROX is considered the sport of fitness racing and is taking the fitness world by storm. The race was inspired by millions of athletes around the world who consider functional fitness as their sport of choice. HYROX is the ultimate challenge, a perfect combination of strength, endurance and determination. These training sessions prepare members by incorporating the movements involved in a HYROX competition into practice sessions in an effort to raise an athlete's level of performance. Those attending range from seasoned athletes to beginners, as the Coach will work with each member individually to provide them with a level of exertion designed specifically for them.
